To return an item, please send the item securely wrapped
(bubble wrap is ideal) to:

Please be sure to enclose your sales receipt (a photocopy is also acceptable).
***For Cairn brand watch repairs, please
read the note at the bottom of this page before you
send us your watch.

*** If sending from overseas (outwith
the United Kingdom)
by a carrier eg UPS, FedEx etc, please ensure you tick the box
marked "Sender Pays" as we will not accept any packages
where duty or shipping charges must be paid.
When filling in the Customs form, you *must* add "Watch FOR REPAIR"
or we will be charged duty on the full value of the watch which we will
have to pass on to you before we can return your watch.

Items returned must be in resalable
condition and must not have been adjusted or altered in any way.
You must enclose your
sales receipt (a photocopy is also acceptable),
and the item must
arrive
within 90 days
of the date on the receipt.
Please also enclose a
