If sending us your watch:
Please
be sure to obtain a receipt from your post office,
as we cannot take any responsibility for the goods before we
receive them.

We will need your Order ID number (see below) before any work can be
undertaken.
When you place your order, you will receive
confirmation by return e-mail. This will have an Order
ID number. Please make sure that you quote and enclose this Order ID
number with the item you are sending to us.
If you do not intend to send
us your watch eg you are just ordering a watch strap and will
fit it yourself, please indicate this in the Comments box of the
Secure Order form. If you do not, we will assume that you
sending us the watch and will for its arrival.

Please also ensure that you do not send the presentation box. (Just
wrap the item in a little bubble wrap.)
*** If sending from overseas
by a carrier eg UPS, FedEx etc, please ensure you tick the box
marked "Sender Pays" as we will not accept any packages
where duty or shipping charges must be paid.

guarantee, please refer to our
Guarantees page first.
